Our confidential client is seeking a hands-on, collaborative, restaurant operations leader with a proven track record in increased same-stores-sales, EBITDA and AUV achieved by identifying efficiencies that can be implemented system wide. Must have a passion for the industry and an eye for customer service improvements.
The primary responsibility of the COO will be to drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and operating initiatives. Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash. Will have system-wide P&L accountability. This person will be supported by an effective Corporate Executive team, Field Operations personnel and existing Area Developers, will produce new and innovative approaches to restaurant operations and customer experience that will maximize the brand to the highest service potential and ultimately fuel an increase in restaurants sales, revenue, and efficiency.REQUIRED SKILLS:
