The Director Global Talent Management and Organizational Development partners with business and HR peers to set the strategic direction for all aspects of talent management. The Director will build global frameworks, processes and strategies to assess, measure and develop talent pipelines and talent capabilities. Direct implementation and sustainable global programs for talent development, succession management and performance management. Using tools, resources and training, they will enable a learning and development strategy for the company encompassing e-learning, classroom, workshops and other training. The Director will optimize people process, systems and culture to accelerate business performance in a manner reflective of our culture, mission and values.
