Description

One of our key clients is looking for their next Vice President of Operations. This franchisor is in the early stages of area development with more than 150 franchisees with multiple sites already on board. With an experienced executive leadership, this person will provide direction and leadership both internally and externally to sustain continued growth. It is an exciting time with many years of development ahead and additional opportunities for the right leader. This person will supervise multiple departments and help develop the franchisor infrastructure.

Qualifications/Skills needed to be successful in position:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Minimum 7 years franchise experience
  • Minimum 10 years Multi unit experience
  • Home service experience helpful
  • 5+ years leading multiple departments
  • Problem solver and decision maker
  • Keen understanding of the Franchisor/Franchisee relationship
  • Strong tactical and strategic mindset
  • Proven track record of continued growth
  • Capable of talking metrics from past experiences
