Sharawn Tipton Joins LiveRamp as the New Chief People Officer

Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is proud to have partnered with LiveRamp to place Sharawn Tipton as the organization’s new Chief People Officer.

Before joining LiveRamp, Sharawn Tipton served as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Micron Technology. She brings more than fifteen years of diverse HR experience to her new position, where she will oversee all aspects of people and culture programs, including global talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion and belonging, workplace experience, business partners, and much more. Tipton is also the Chair of the Board for Fair Pay Workplace, a nonprofit dedicated to dismantling unlawful pay disparities.
