CXPA Welcomes Blue Rock Search as a Partner

Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is pleased to announce the firm has partnered with the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) to provide career-enhancing resources for CXPA members. The first joint project is the “Guide to Developing CX Job Descriptions,” providing in-depth information on five CX positions. The second collaboration is a compensation guide for positions in the United States.


Founded in 2011, CXPA is the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing and cultivating the Customer Experience profession. Blue Rock Search is a natural partner for the organization because of the company’s expertise in CX executive search.


“I have had a strong desire to find a way to bring compensation benchmarking data to the CXPA community,” said Nancy Porte, CCXP, 2022 CXPA Chair. “I am thrilled that we are collaborating with Blue Rock Search to make that happen.” Porte has been involved with CXPA since its founding in 2011, first as a member, then as a Washington, DC Network Leader, and serving on the CXPA Board since 2016.
