Sandra Armas Joins The Royal Group as Vice President of HR

Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is proud to have partnered with The Royal Group to place Sandra Armas as the organization’s new Vice President of HR.

 

The Royal Group, owned by Schwarz Partners and based in Indianapolis, is among the nation’s largest independent corrugated box and display manufacturers. With over 50 locations nationwide, including paper mills, sheet feeders, and converting locations, TRG serves its mission of value-added solutions for varied clientele. They are committed to constantly exceed expectations and looking for ways to improve, while seeking out the best people and the latest technology to deliver quality, sustainability, and sales lift.

 

Prior to joining TRG, Armas served as the Director of Human Resources at two notable manufacturing organizations, first spending over four years with Corrugated Supplies Company, then nearly a year overseeing HR at Rust-Oleum. Overall, she brings more than two decades of experience in human resources to her new role at TRG. As a results-oriented, bilingual HR leader, Armas focuses on building organizational capability, excellence, and effectiveness, with the people function at the heart of everything.
