Alex Garcia-Rivera Joins Papa Johns as Vice President of Ops Training & Brand Standards

Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is proud to have partnered with Papa Johns to place Alex Garcia-Rivera as the organization’s new Vice President of Ops Training and Brand Standards.

 

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and Louisville, Kentucky, Papa Johns International, Inc. is the world’s third-largest pizza delivery company, with over 5,200 establishments across 44 countries/territories, all 50 U.S. states, and over 12,000 employees.

 

Prior to joining Papa Johns, Garcia-Rivera served as the Vice President of Training and Ops Services at Pollo Tropical. During his five-plus years at the organization, he served in three leadership roles focused on training, development, and operations. He also spent over a decade in leadership, training, and development with Denny’s. Overall, he brings over two decades of experience in operations, training, and talent development to his new role at Papa Johns. A bilingual operations leader with well-rounded expertise, Garcia-Rivera focuses on maximizing operational effectiveness, promoting corporate growth, and delivering excellent customer experience.
