Blue Rock Search Announces Kaylee Hileman Achieves Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter Certification

Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is pleased to announce that Kaylee Hileman, Director of Research and Sourcing, is now an AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter.


The AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion course, offered through HR and management solutions company ADP, is a recruitment training course that helps Recruiting and HR professionals create or expand efforts for diversity in recruiting. The course provides recruiters with tools and resources aimed specifically to discover and attract diverse talent to ultimately build a more diverse talent pipeline and a reliable sourcing strategy.


Hileman said, “I am always grateful for the opportunity to expand my knowledge and develop the skills necessary to develop and implement sourcing strategies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
