Swaminathan brings decades of experience working in HR and talent development, particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors. Before joining PPG, he spent 14 years in talent development at Cigna, notably as the Global Head of Talent Development and Talent Acquisition for international markets. His experience includes developing and deploying global leadership development programs, HR analytics and insights, talent succession planning, and leading global technology implemenations.
