Christopher Ratliff Joins Generac as Vice President of HR

Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is pleased to have partnered with Generac to place Christopher Ratliff as the company’s new Vice President, HR.


Founded in 1959, Generac is the #1 manufacturer of home backup generators and manufactures the widest range of power products in the marketplace, including portable, residential, commercial, and industrial generators and power generation systems. Generac is also the leading designer and manufacturer of manual and fully automatic transfer switches, accessories, and energy monitoring technologies for backup power applications. The business has expanded into other product offerings, including solar energy systems, home/yard care power products, and farm/property management equipment.


Ratliff is an adept strategic leader with a proven track record in talent development, international HR, labor relations, and organizational strategy. Prior to joining Generac, Ratliff served as the Vice President, Human Resources at Aptiv for more than two years. He has also held leadership roles at CenturyLink and Honeywell, with well over a decade of global HR experience.
