Grubbs is an experienced HR leader with demonstrated leadership successes in both manufacturing and corporate settings. Prior to joining Diamond C, she spent over six years as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager at Eastman Chemical Company. She also held HR management roles at Ball Corporation, US Steel, and Clarke American. Grubbs leads HR with a focus on continuous improvement principles, efficiency, competency, and ensuring every team member has the support they need to succeed.
