Matthew Ashabranner Joins PPG as Global Learning & Development Leader

Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is pleased to have partnered with PPG to place Matthew Ashabranner as the company’s new Global Learning & Development Leader.

Ashabranner brings nearly two decades of HR and talent development experience with him to PPG. He recently spent four years in L&D and talent development at Amazon, including the last two as the Senior Manager for Executive Development, Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Discount Tire in a variety of learning and leadership development roles. His expertise spans strategic training programs, culture transformation, change management, leadership development, and employee engagement and retention.
