Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is pleased to announce that Madison Rountree has joined the Blue Rock team as a Director of Business Development.
Rountree joins Blue Rock following a role at Vista Title and Escrow, where she served as the Sales Manager and oversaw the company’s Business Development Team. She led the conceptualization and execution of the company’s sales plan, optimized team efficiency, and contributed to the company’s overall growth. Prior to that, she worked as the Assistant Director of Admission for Linfield University, increasing enrollment by 10% in her first two years in the role. Outside of work, Madison is a passionate traveler, having traveled to 11 countries and 23 states so far. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and two minors, in Economics and Psychology, from Linfield University. She is currently finalizing her MBA at Whitworth University, and she also holds a certification in women in leadership from Whitworth.
