McClanahan joins Parker with over 20 years of HR experience. He previously served seven years as HR Manager for the Ball Corporation, where he led initiatives and activities around recruiting, employee engagement, development, succession planning, and more, all in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Alongside his extensive experience in change management and strategic planning, McClanahan brings critical experience in areas such as safety initiatives, risk management, and employee relations.
