With nearly two decades in the HR space, Radakovich brings an extensive history of aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Her previous roles include Director of HR for Erie Management Group, as well as two years as HR Manager/Union Relations Manager for Wabtec, Chief HR & Compliance Officer for Chartiers Center, and more. In all her roles, Radakovich developed a strategic approach to HR that enhanced collaboration, encouraged engagement, ensured compliance, and supported organizational visions.
