As an executive search consultant for Blue Rock Search, Ada supports the HR practice. She is a seasoned DEI advocate, with over five years of experience in project management, strategic planning, operations and management consulting. Ada is also an aspiring Organizational Psychologist passionate about creating and implementing inclusive cultures that promote safe spaces for all of us to thrive in and succeed within the workplace.
Ada is particularly interested in DEI, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition & Management, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. With this expertise, she hopes to transform workplaces and employees to drive inclusion, employee engagement, personal leadership, and mental health.

I am a mental health advocate and am really passionate about increasing access and quality to mental health services for African-American communities. After battling and overcoming my grief and depression, I see the value of going to therapy to improve your mental health and believe that everyone deserves to learn the tools to promote healing and wellness.
