Prior to Blue Rock, Chris was a Recruiting Manager for four years at The Christopher Group, a Human Resources Executive Search firm in Cleveland, OH. He was one of the leading recruiters and he consistently records for number of placements. Prior to that, Chris was a Representative for two years at ITT Technical Institute where he was responsible for recruiting and enrollment for their Knoxville TN Campus.
With over fifteen years of experience as an Executive Chef for various restaurants and institutions in both New York and Florida Chris brings an intimate knowledge to CX recognizing that the most competitive businesses have a comprehensive customer focused agenda and this factor alone differentiates them from all others in their space. He currently resides in Sarasota, Florida and has three children.
