Blue Rock Search was founded with an ambitious vision: to “Change Lives and Organizations One Relationship at a Time.” This vision began in 2015 when three seasoned executive search professionals—Nancy Estep-Critchett, Chris Rios, and Ruben Moreno—came together in a small conference room in Sarasota, Florida, with over 50 years of collective expertise in franchise, CX, and executive search.
As an early leader in Customer Experience (CX) recruiting, Chris Rios helped shape Blue Rock’s CX Division, setting a high standard for client and candidate experience. Chris passed away in June 2022, yet his legacy of client-centered service, integrity, and excellence continues to inspire Blue Rock’s work today.
In 2024, Blue Rock Search was restructured into two divisions to serve clients more effectively. Headquartered in Sarasota, Blue Rock Search LLC is now dedicated to executive recruiting for Franchise and Customer Experience (CX). Our team serves as a trusted partner to our clients, representing their best interests and delivering talent solutions that empower growth and success.
