Blue Rock Search has recently been engaged by one of our top clients, a mature and successful Global QSR Franchisor, to identify their next Supply Chain Project Manager. This role will report to the Transformation Team, the ideal place to effect change and help build sustainable processes for future growth. Position Responsibilities: 

  • Work in a cross functional project team to support development of new supply chain initiatives and modifications to existing processes and partnerships
  • Provide day-to-day supply chain support for transitional projects and suppliers including onboarding new technological and operational equipment suppliers
  • Challenge project timing and supply chain impact; Monitor proper execution of the implementation plan and determine the logistic consequences of proposed plan changes and related actions on project or program level
  • Balance supplier performance and adherence to required customer service levels, inventory, quality, costs, and risks
  • Own the overall readiness, communications and support plans for product inventory, partner with suppliers and support teams and ensure teams are familiar with new releases and are prepared to provide excellent user support


  • Develop and actively maintain multiple project plans while monitoring projects from initiation through delivery
  • Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement
  • Provide day-to-day decision-making on critical project issues as they pertain to project scope, schedule, budget, methodology and resources
  • Proactively set expectations and help to manage expectations around delivery and requirements that yield consistent results

Required Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and 2+ years of related experience
  • Bilingual preferred – English and Spanish; Portuguese would be a plus
  • Good project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong problem solver, can connect many dots
  • Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change, growth, and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and status updates
  • Communicating effectively in written and oral formats to various situations and audiences
