Job Title: Associate Marketing Manager (Video & Digital Team)
Blue Rock Search is partnered with Subway to identify their next Associate Marketing Manager of Creative Services to join a fun, fast paced, dynamic marketing team. The position will support the creative development and execution of Subway’s advertising and communications program, including but not limited to TV, Radio & Digital assets. It’s an opportunity to work with top tier athletic talent and sports properties with high visibility media placements.
Job Description
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop 360-degree General Market campaigns in support of key product and brand initiatives.
- Assist the team in managing the creative production of TV/digital/added value advertising from concept through distribution throughout each channels creative process. This includes, but is not limited to national, local, and test promotions.
- Oversee timelines to ensure go to market dates are met.
- Effectively manage relationships with multiple agency partners.
- Lead the legal review process.
- Oversee added value and digital creative assets.
- Attend food shoots to ensure products are being showcased properly.
- Support the pre-production logistics associated with food shoots and broadcast shoots.
- Work with external stakeholders (i.e. paid partnerships) to align on creative look and feel.
- Review trafficking documents to ensure assets are being distributed properly.
- Manage local testing projects for select markets including developing brief, reviewing creative and attending shoots.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 years of Advertising Agency or Marketing experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and assess whether creative delivers on the desired objective
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
