About the Role

Our client is looking to hire an in-house Corporate Executive Recruiter. In this role you will be responsible for directly partnering with members of the ELT in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier executive talent to drive company growth and success. Reporting directly to the Corporate Talent Acquisition leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Global leadership team and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.


Executive Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans, organizational needs, and talent acquisition objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business priorities, succession planning requirements, and talent gaps, and proactively address executive staffing needs.

Executive Search and Sourcing

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including executive search firms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and engage top executive talent across relevant industries and geographies.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for key executive roles, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

Candidate Assessment and Selection

  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate executive candidates’ leadership competencies, strategic thinking, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values and vision.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive candidate evaluations and selection decisions.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive candidates, industry leaders, and external partners to enhance the company’s employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the company.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding

  • Lead negotiation efforts for executive compensation packages, including salary, benefits, equity, and other incentives, in collaboration with HR, legal, and finance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for newly hired executives, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and alignment with organizational objectives.

Market Intelligence and Trends Analysis

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor practices related to executive talent acquisition, compensation, and retention strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence and best practices in executive recruitment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle / executive recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in executive recruitment, preferably within a high-growth, global organization or executive search firm.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to fully manage “client” relationships and partner with hiring managers.
  • Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to align executive recruitment initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment technologies, executive assessment tools, and talent analytics to drive informed decision-making. Working knowledge and proficiency with iCIMS ATS platform is a plus.
  • Commitment to Diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with demonstrated experience in fostering diverse executive leadership teams.
