About The Role

Our client is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with the Global Finance organization, working directly with the CFO and other key members of the Finance leadership team, to staff finance and accounting roles, as well as other roles that directly support the financial operations and strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will lead the full life cycle recruiting process and build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and various centers of excellence across the HR function.

The Corporate Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to business leads and key stakeholders, while sourcing active and passive talent, acting as a sourcing subject matter expert, communicating important market updates, and building out strong diverse talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will lead strategic recruitment and talent sourcing initiatives and provide exceptional client service, promptly addressing all related requests and queries, streamlining, and improving our recruitment processes to ensure best practices in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the CFO and finance leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s financial objectives and growth plans.
  • Finance and Accounting Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for finance and accounting positions, including Financial Analysts, Accountants, Controllers, and other finance professionals. Ensure candidates possess the necessary skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for success within the finance department.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Enhance the company’s employer brand within the finance and accounting community through targeted employer branding initiatives, networking events, and partnerships. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with finance leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and expectations. Provide guidance and support in defining job requirements, crafting job descriptions, and conducting effective interviews to identify the best candidates for each role.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Manage the offer process for finance and accounting hires, including negotiating salary packages, benefits, and other terms of employment. Coordinate with HR and other departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and updates for the CFO and finance leadership team to assess progress towards recruitment goals and objectives.

Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in Corporate recruitment required, preferably a mix of in-house, full-cycle recruiting and staffing.
  • Previous experience partnering with Finance function executives and familiarity with Corporate finance function organizational structure and roles
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Experience with iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse or similar ATS systems.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data to solve various reporting needs, preferred.
