About the Role
The Director of Human Resources must have a master-level competency in effective organizational agility. This leader must have the ability to quickly establish strong lateral relationships with both internal and external partners. The Director will report to the VP of Human Resources Business Partner and provide HR strategic leadership for the Technology Solutions function. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and will leverage their HR expertise/experience to help solve real-life business problems, and lead HR initiatives around People, Culture, and Talent. Most importantly, the role acts as a conduit in the design, development, communication, and delivery of new HR services and initiatives intended to meet the corporate strategic goals.
- HR Analytics: Partner with HR COE leaders to drive the cross-functional utilization of KPIs, analytics, and dashboards to influence operational leaders and proactively manage executive leadership expectations.
- Tech HR Planning: Partner with shared services leadership team to define roadmap and drive the implementation of effective HR programs and functional improvements required to expand the Technology function, enable future business growth, and facilitate seamless expansion into new business verticals.
- Employee Relations/Compliance: In collaboration with business leaders and people managers, develop and deploy programs that foster employee engagement and retention across a geographically dispersed employee population. Work with leaders to manage the resolution of complex employment matters, including investigations, complaints, performance management, and dispute resolution. Provide SME advice, counsel, and hands-on support, ensuring compliance with company policies and all federal/state/local employment laws.
- Partner with Leadership: Establish, build, and leverage positive working relationships with Operations leaders and peer COE leaders.
