This executive role will be responsible for improving the sales and leads processes for the entire organization. Someone who has achieved this success with another high growth brand will excel. Summary of Qualifications:

  • Develop and execute Franchise Acquisition strategies
  • High financial acumen
  • 8+ years, chain restaurant, QSR preferred
  • Increase lead flow quality and conversion rates
  • Nationwide responsibility
  • Strategy role, not a sales role
  • Corporate role directly impacting systems and processes
  • High technology acumen (CRM)
  • Role located in the North East, minimal travel
