One of our key clients is looking for their next Director of Development. This mature and successful Global QSR Franchisor has substantial development ahead of them. This person will be responsible for Lead all aspects of Franchise Development strategy & process, to include management of the FDD,Construction teams, project management teams sales process, lead generation, new franchise territory sales, territory creation, and existing franchisee transfers and renewals and leasing and equipment management. Works with senior leadership team to define the group's strategic objectives; translates the group's objectives into centralized operational priorities and plan.

Summary of Qualifications:
• 5+ years franchise development leadership role
• Franchise Sales Background
• Chain (Franchise) restaurants, QSR or Full service preferred
• Works well autonomously
• Problem solver with high standards
• Working knowledge of current industry sales management practices, approaches, tools, resources and skill sets vital to all aspects of Franchise Development
• A proven track record of demonstrated sales success in the franchise sales industry
• Strong communication, relationship building
• Role located anywhere in US near airport
• Remote role, 50%-75% trave
