Director of Operations – QSR

One of our key clients is looking for their next Director of Operations. This mature and successful International QSR Franchisor has substantial development ahead of them. This person will train and direct the standards, profitability and operations efforts of the team. They will set best practices, coach the team and improve current systems. They will drive the planning and strategy for the continued long-term growth and success of the Franchisees. This critical role comes with many long-term opportunities for further career advancement.

Summary of Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Leading/Training/Developing large team
• 5+ years leading a regional area
• Operations, P&L and budget experience required
• Verifiable successes setting strategy, planning and execution
• Strong communication and relationship building
• Experience with larger Franchisor, 400 plus units
• Role located in Jacksonville, FL
• Low travel
