Blue Rock Search has recently been engaged by a rapidly growing and mature multi-branded home services franchise organization to identify their next Franchise Sales Manager (FSM). The FSM will have primary responsibility for selling licenses nationally. As a key member of the organization, the FSM will hold ultimate responsibility for bringing successful franchisees into the company.
Summary of Qualifications:
- 5+ plus years successful Franchise Sales experience
- Experience working for a franchisor selling service concepts would be a plus (home services, commercial services, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in written form, and in person during Discovery days
- Persistent, enthusiastic and ability to engage, interact, and respond effectively with franchise candidates in a manner that motivates, informs, and leads to sales
- Strong work ethic and high integrity/trust
- National coverage area
