One of our key clients is looking for their next Global Director Sales Systems and Support. This mature and successful International QSR Franchisor has substantial development ahead of them. This person will train and direct the global sales and development efforts of the team. They will set best practices, coach the team and improve current systems. They will drive the planning and strategy for the continued long-term growth and success of the Franchisees. This critical role comes with many long-term opportunities for further career advancement.
Summary of Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Leading/Training large team.
- Corporate setting.
- 8+ years Sales, CRM and Development experience.
- Lead generation global sales and development experience required.
- Extensive training and development of the team.
- Verifiable successes setting strategy, planning and execution.
- Strong communication, relationship building and negotiating skills.
- Experience with larger Franchisor, 1000 plus units.
- Role located in Northeast.
- Full relocation package and total comp in the mid $200’s.
