Our client is a leader in the commercial construction industry and is seeking an HR Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the company's human resources function, to include the design, administration and implementation of personnel policy, procedures and programs. As a senior management level staff, the position is also responsible for participating in executive-level decision-making and advising the Executive Leadership team on matters pertaining to human resources. The position interacts with all levels of management and employees internally and with consultants, vendors, potential candidates and industry executives externally.
