Blue Rock Search has partnered with Subway Canada to identify their next Manager, Digital Creative. The Manager, Digital Creative is a 18 month contact role with the potential of turning into a full-time position upon contract completion. This person will lead, manage and execute best in class digital and social marketing campaigns for the Subway Canada Brand.
Job Functions:
- Lead paid and organic social communications content, from briefing to execution, ensuring cohesive brand strategic and creative narrative throughout channels. Use best practices and analytic learnings to build and optimize future initiatives. Includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok
- Bring the paid digital communication plan to life by owning the creative development and implementation of paid placements, defining messaging priority and manage CRM lineup, assisting and actioning website updates, and overseeing search copy and assets. Take learnings from tracking and implement for further optimization and to improve results.
- Development of Briefs to agencies that are insightful and consumer-centric
- Activate participant of Integrated Marketing Teams working with cross-functions to ensure strong strategic and creative narrative across digital channels
- Manage Creative, Media and Social Media agencies building strong relationships and a positive climate for great work to thrive
- Project Management - Timelines and Budgets
Skills & Abilities Required:
- 5 years Creative Digital Agency experience
- Social Media experience is a must
- QSR/Food & Beverage experience is a plus
- Ability to be hands on when visiting agencies for field shoots
- Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts
- Strong curiosity to drive insights an optimizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solver, with the ability to clearly identify and articulate key issues, see around corners, and anticipate what’s next
- Strong Project Management Skills to manage an efficient planning process
