One of our key clients is looking for their next Market Optimization/Development Manager. This mature and successful Global QSR Franchisor has substantial development ahead of them. This role will hold regional responsibility for leading all development processes for existing and new franchisees. This includes financial modeling, real estate analysis, assisting with valuations and employ transfer/resales as needed. This person will develop relationships in the Region that will assist in identifying new franchisees as needed and will also interface cross functionally with Real Estate, Construction, Operations and Legal.
- 5+ years of experience in similar role for a franchisor (Market Optimization, Real Estate Development and/or Franchise sales and Transfers)
- Franchising; Project Management; Business Analysis background
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Exceptional customer service skills required
