We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Strategy and Execution team in the liaison and in providing support and guidance to headquarter employees (Marketing Sub-Departments, Business Subject Matter Experts, Operations, tech teams, Communications, Legal, etc.), Local Advertising Agencies, suppliers, Field leadership, franchisees, vendor partners to deliver effective advertising and marketing plans for the brand. This position includes marketing as well as administrative tasks. To be effective, the Marketing Coordinator must build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administrative Duties:

  • Understand and be able to efficiently navigate the Operations Manual
  • Maintain accurate databases of all FAF related contacts including, primary contacts, Local Advertising Agencies and Vendors
  • Provide assistance as needed with communications, scheduling web conferences and taking and maintaining notes and records of advertising related meetings
  • Collaborate in the development of Status Reports and responsible for sharing it out on a timeline manner with the cross-functional teams
  • Maintain Teams' Channels organized and updated by saving all documents/notes in their respective folders

Assist Marketing Manager in National Window Execution including:

  • Development of tech requirements and market specific details
  • Development of cross-functional, field related, and consumer facing communications
  • Assist in the support of strategic plans for key pillars

Value Testing set up and execution:

  • Develop and deliver tech requirements and market specific details
  • Develop Playbook and market specific instructions
  • Manage creative production of assets
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

A Successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work cross functionally with several departments
  • Data driven and analytical in nature
  • Must be able to adapt, while maintaining a degree of personal integrity, utilizing problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
