About the Role
The Principal Learning & Organization Development Consultant will partner on the design and implementation of high-impact and sustainable learning, talent, and organizational development programs that span the employee lifecycle in support of the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Org Development, the ideal candidate will cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with HR and its clients, identify opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness, and provide holistic solutions with measurable impact to addressing business needs.
Key Priorities
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of a “Learning Agenda” for the organization.
- Partner with the Head of Sales to create and implement a Sales function onboarding process/program.
- Collaborate with HR COE peers and the HRBP’s to identify and address organizational needs in the areas of learning and talent development
