About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Director of Team Member Experience & Community Engagement who is open to, and capable of, disrupting the trailer manufacturing industry. This future-focused relationship builder will be instrumental in defining the next-level community engagement ecosystem. S/he is a high-energy, lover of people who will embrace and embody our vision of unique and exceptional products being built by equally unique and exceptional employees. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader of people through humility, and be able to influence leadership with grace and accountability. Furthermore, s/he will be responsible for designing team member experience programs that align with a brand promise that will permeate the organization. S/he is a lifetime learner with demonstrated success in breaking the vision down into effective, actionable plans that lead to achievable and measurable results.

Key Priorities

  • Team Member Engagement & Culture: Shape and champion the company's team philosophy and culture, defining why we do what we do; develop and execute a culture transformation plan, inclusive of pilots, education, training, communication, engagement, metrics, and reviews/readouts.
  • Partner with CX Function to Ensure an Integrated EX/CX Experience: In collaboration with business leaders, people managers, and ERGs, identify, develop, and deploy employee experience programs and campaigns that unify and harmonize company culture. Foster retention, engagement, and a sense of belonging across a geographically dispersed and culturally/ethnically diverse employee population. Coach/guide leaders and associates to ensure consistency between stated corporate values and behaviors.
  • Communication Planning & Program Management: After learning the business, industry, and culture, partner with leadership to roadmap and drive the implementation of effective HR programs, initiatives, and functional improvements. These programs should be tailored to the unique challenges of the industry, foster a positive organizational culture, and support business objectives. Responsibility will fall on this position to effectively communicate policies, programs, and initiatives across the company.
  • Value-Driven Culture: Partner with Executive Leadership team to weave company values into the fabric of the talent strategy, inclusive of talent attraction, selection, performance management, development, retention, and experience. Identify and implement available tools and technology to promote employee communication and employee engagement.

*This role will require you to be onsite 5 days per week and will require you to relocate to Mount Pleasant, Texas within one year of employment.
