Blue Rock Search has partnered with a leading company in the rapidly growing health & wellness industry to identify their next Vice President of Marketing. The VP of Marketing will play a critical role in shaping the future of the brand. This executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and growth objectives. The VP will lead our marketing team, foster franchisee relationships, and drive revenue growth across the brand. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management, marketing strategy development, and franchisee engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Direction:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Create and maintain a clear, comprehensive marketing calendar that outlines all planned marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Drive marketing strategies and campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth across the brand.

Brand Standards:

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Enforce brand standards across the franchise platform.

Franchisee Support:

  • Develop a robust marketing support ecosystem to assist in their local market presence, including marketing collateral, digital marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Leverage franchisee feedback to develop successful programs across the centers.
  • Lead initiatives to engage , ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with brand values and strategies.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Growth Strategy:

  • Ensure the company’s growth strategy is effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Support Development marketing, advertising and efforts to deliver strong candidates into the pipeline.

Opening Strategies for New Centers:

  • Guide and execute best-in-class marketing strategies for the launch of new centers, ensuring a strong market entry and brand presence.

Performance Metrics:

  • Identify critical performance metrics that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of platforms and tools necessary for measuring these metrics accurately.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the , healthcare, wellness, or beauty industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and market analytics.
  • Experience with models is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
