Position Summary:

Proactive senior level, cross functional leadership to operations and L&D teams. Advises on overall operational programs. Responsible for reviewing systems and processes intended to improve communication and efficiency in restaurants. Oversee the following including but not limited to: operational brand standards (REV), resource materials, globalization/translations, operations systems & measurements, and processes and procedures implemented within the 4 walls of the restaurant.

Essential Functions:

Brand Standards - Manage the Restaurant Excellence Visits (REV) and historical evaluation audit systems (Ali Office). Ensure proper execution of program and maintain the program globally. Review data and make improvements when necessary. Provide needed data to Executive Leadership. Maintain a relationship with each of the vendors and continue to work with procurement to stay informed on contracts and changes needed for US and Canada.

Resource Materials - Manage the team on the creation, upkeep and distribution of Operational documents. Including global Operations documents such as job aids, training tools, instruction booklets and the Operations Manual.

Globalization/Translation - Oversee the requests that come in from internal departments and the regional offices that may include translation requests for brand standards, disclosures, job aids, ops manual, REV, etc. Work closely with the team to find more efficient and cost effective ways to provide translations.

Operations Systems & Measurements - Ensure the overall Organization, especially the Executive Leadership team, have access to best-in-class Operating Systems that work efficiently and effectively to drive business performance and deliver a consistent Operations experience. Work with the team to provide insights and analytics to leadership and the internal departments, partnering with the Analytics team.

Four Walls of the Restaurant - Encourage the development of processes and procedures to improve Operational Excellence, optimize cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurants, manage the internal and new hire experience.

Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of overall experience in QSR operations
  • Successful managerial experience with direct reports
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Project Management skills with ability to work within agile and waterfall scenarios
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Zoom and Teams conferencing platforms
  • Knowledge of organization and departmental interdependencies
  • Operate with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly detail-orientated and hands-on
  • Work well with people and have the ability to multi task
