As the Director of Recruiting Operations for the Franchise Team at Blue Rock Search, Michelle is a versatile recruiting professional with over five years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting. In her earliest career roles as Assistant Director of Admissions and then a Business Development Operations analyst for Ohio Logistic, Michelle gained exceptional analytical and organization skills that allowed her to quickly advance in her role at ADP.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for ADP, she supported several global clients including: S&P Global & Goldman Sachs, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Amgen. Michelle’s well rounded base of experience, including the use of innovative search methods that involve deep internet sourcing and mining coupled with her ability to consult with internal and external clients on recruitment strategies, made her an obvious fit for Blue Rock Search. Blue Rock recognized her ability to develop, communicate, and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.

Michelle is a focused and driven fitness enthusiast with a deep passion for keeping up with the latest information on health and wellness. Although she is likely one of the most disciplined in the area of managing a clean diet every day, anything with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup involved will surely turn her head. Michelle loves Monster Cookies and Chick-fil-A, too. She just adds a few extra miles on the tread mill!

She is an avid hiker and camper and since her recent move to Florida, she spends as much time as possible exploring Florida’s trails and parks. Michelle and her fiancé Eric camp as often as they can – even if only a quick one night stay at a nearby park. After spending her entire life in Northwest Ohio, Michelle now resides in Bradenton with her fiancé Eric and their lovable pitty Conan.

I choose this organization as it is near to my heart. There was a time when my mother and brother both stayed here as my brother underwent several surgeries as a child. I love the fact that this organization provides families with a place to stay as their going through an extremely difficult time. It takes some of the financial burden away from an already stressful situation.
