Nancy Estep-Critchett

Founder and President Executive Search Practice Leader, Franchise and RPO

Nancy is a founding Partner of Blue Rock Search, with oversight of the Franchise Practice. She has 30 years of successful working experience as a business advisor and executive recruiter in the franchising space. Nancy has built solid relationships which have spanned decades with industry professionals and internationally recognized brands.

Prior to forming Sterling Global Executive Search in 2003, Nancy was the first employee at one of the most widely recognized firms specializing in franchising in 1993. She managed the company-wide research function and then moved into Partnership, then ownership in 2003.  Nancy is the Founder of Source First Incorporated, a Sarasota, Florida-based business specializing in franchise sales and consulting and Founder of Franchise Resales LLC, a service company specializing in reselling franchises.

Get to Know Nancy

Nancy thoroughly enjoys gardening, online shopping, boating on the gulf waters of Sarasota, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Having grown up on an island off the coast of Maine, Nancy loves the rocky coast and frigid waters of the northeast coastline.  She also owns two stores in Maine with her mother and sister and has become an integral part of the community there! Her ultimate goal is to enjoy the warm winters in Sarasota and make her way back to Mount Desert Island in the summers.

Charity of Choice for Nancy

Run entirely by donations, grants, and volunteer labor, the popover café runs a distribution program to deliver fresh soup and other pantry staples to senior residences and others who cannot make it out to the café or are dealing with food insecurity on Mount Desert Island in Maine.
