Tim brings 19 years of full life cycle recruiting experience to Blue Rock. He has a proven track record of leveraging his understanding of talent markets to jointly develop recruitment strategies with his clients to achieve their recruitment goals. Tim’s high touch, relationship-centric, approach to executive recruitment is a natural fit for Blue Rock’s “Relationships Built to Last” model.
In 2003 Tim founded his own recruiting firm, Day Executive Services, Inc., which specialized in the competitive allied healthcare vertical market. As an owner/operator he handled the end to end recruiting process including marketing/contractual agreements, understanding the client hiring need, identifying, and qualifying the talent, and managing the internal interview offer and hire.
Tim’s commitment to building straight-forward, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates led him to join ReCreation Partners in 2015 as Director of Recruiting. Since joining Re-Creation, Tim has had great success working with organizations of all sizes in hiring top HR talent with particular success in Total Rewards and Payroll leadership roles.

Tim is an admitted weekend warrior who loves motorcycling, mountain biking, and snow skiing. He has been a ski race coach at Boston Mills Ski Area for 10+ years and loves planning ski trips to larger resorts whenever possible.
When he’s not pursuing adrenaline activities, Tim loves spending time with his family cooking, watching movies, and being corrected almost constantly.
Tim lives in Twinsburg Ohio with his wife Michelle and their 4 children, James, Sophia, Autumn, and Marissa.

Tim's Charity of Choice
Latin for “swift cure”, VeloSano is a year-round fundraising initiative to support lifesaving cancer research at Cleveland Clinic. Since the inaugural ride in 2014, more than $24 million has been raised and 1OO% of those funds are hard at work in the fight against cancer.
